Sean Rasmussen – Australian Internet Marketer

Have you heard about Sean Rasmussen? I hadn’t until last year.

I am also not really sure what put me onto him, but somehow I found myself watching his series of short videos about how you could make money with Internet Marketing without paying big bucks up front.

That intrigued me.

Who Is Sean Rasmussen?

Sean Rasmussen is an Aussie “bloke” with some Swedish background but a true blue Aussie accent.

Sean Rasmussen After working as an electrician for some years (and some other jobs like being a pear diver in the north) he came across a number of great books about wealth and wealth creation. He read and studied the likes of Napoleon Hill (think and grow rich), Wallace D. Wattle (Science of getting rich) and lots more.

And he discovered Affiliate Internet Marketing. Having also found a product he was using himself and was passionate about, Sean Rasmussen became a determined and successful Internet Marketer in his own right.

Sean managed to “fire his boss” in less than two years time, having replaced his income with Affiliate Internet Marketing.

So why do I know about Sean Rasmussen?

Not because I bought the product which he so successfully sold for another company, no.Only because he started to share his knowledge about Internet Marketing and how to be successful online with others.

Sean Rasmussen published a lot of his knowledge about successful Internet Marketing in his book “Year of the Affiliate” and started a great forum under this name. And I became a member of this forum.

Year Of The Affiliate – The Forum

Sean Rasmussen Book I have been a member of this forum now for nearly a year and have been busy learning about Internet Marketing ever since.

It is full of articles, videos, webinars and great members and moderators which make it a truly supportive environment. The focus is on learning, having fun and great support, which makes it a great experience.

During the time I have been in the forum Sean Rasmussen put two competitions online, giving away prizes (cash and others, worth up to $20.000) which kept me very, very busy but also helped me to understand the Internet Marketing world even better. At the moment you can even get FREE access to a part of this forum.

He showed me that learning can be fun and productive at the same time.

What Next?

At the moment I am participating in the 7 week “Learn and Earn” competition “For a few Dollars more” of Sean Rasmussen and after that, who knows?

I have definitely improved on a couple of levels (knowledge, new friends, more online exposure) so I guess the sky is the limit.You never know, I might see you online in the YOTA forum.

Hi Renee,

Sean Rasmussen has changed all our lives. I’ve learned so much great stuff in the short time I’ve known Sean.

I’m sure that one day soon I’ll be a successful internet marketer and it’ll all be down to the things I’ve learned in the YOTA forum.

Hi Renee

The YOTA forum is the brainchild of Sean Rasmussen and is a fantastic support and education hub for people who want to learn everything they can about internet marketing.

I have been a member of the forum for over 12 months now and I have gone from having no internet marketing experience whatsoever to now creating my own site, becoming an affiliate marketer and learning how to put my new skills out into the market place.

I feel more confident now with the great support I get from the YOTA forum.

Hi Renee, wow what a great blog!! I first met Sean Rasmussen in early May 2009 here in Briz Vegas (Brisbane) at an event he put on with another Internet Marketing entrepreneur. I couldn’t agree more. Sean Rasmussen has the ability to change lives. But it doesn’t happen by some magical coincidence, you do have to have commitment, give it some time and effort. Hi Renee,

You are so right! We’re so very lucky to have an Australian Internet Marketing professional right on our doorstep.

When looking to learn the ropes of internet marketing I hated the thought of choosing an overseas mentor. I feel much more comfortable with our home grown educator, Sean Rasmussen.

Bonus is he’s a nice bloke as well.
