Self motivation is one of the key factors to master on your self improvement journey. I sometimes struggle with it. But why?

I talked about the definition of motivation before and that it is the “why” in the equation. Why are you doing something? Why did you set this specific goal? Why do you want to reach your target? Sometimes we are so busy that we forget to concentrate on the “why” and this is when our motivation suffers and we get distracted from our self improvement path.
